• The winner agrees to provide all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, for the website. Our company is not responsible for creating or sourcing content unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

• Limitations and Exclusions

• Our company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the website building service if the project exceeds the standard scope or if the content provided by the winner violates legal or ethical standards.

• Liability

• Our company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party hosting services or domain registration services. The winner assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with these services.

• In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the website building service provided as part of this raffle.
